Repair ripped photo.

Below is a great photo of a lady in her youth and the only one she had around of herself at that age. Unfortunately it was torn in half by a freak accident with no negative available for reprint. So what do you do in this kind of situation? Give me a call of course…..
When I first looked at it for restoring I was a little dismayed as I didn’t think it would repair very well due the grain in the picture and thought maybe some little pieces may be missing. However once I made a start on it I could immediately tell it was all going to work out fine. It all snapped together quite well after some stretching, slowing the dps down on my Wacom, and a lot of patience. The hard work that followed wasn’t tiresome as I knew the result would be rewarding.
